Hi. We wanted to check in and see how your goal setting went this week. Did you set any small goals for yourself for the week? Did you get them all accomplished? Just a few? Either way you are doing great!
Remember that goal setting is a process and even a habit that needs to be established. Simply setting goals for yourself and keeping them visible throughout the week is a great way to get thinking and acting on those goals and dreams. In the end setting goals is going to help you. If you didn't accomplish as much as you wanted this week, don't be too hard on yourself. Congratulate yourself for writing down your goals and working towards them. And try again next week. If you keep the habit going you will get there, you will accomplish what you hope to. Remember you can do it and keep trying every week.
