It's February now. How are you doing with your new year's resolutions? Have you been accomplishing your goals?
Take a look at your new year's resolutions. Rewrite them if you had a hard time remembering or accomplishing them. Make sure your goals are SMART: specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely. What does that really mean? Just be sure to set small goals for yourself that are specific and can be measured. That way you really know when you've met your goal and you can congratulate yourself.
If you stopped working towards your resolutions, start again now. Even if you quit or broke a resolution, that's okay. Restart your resolutions. Trying and messing up is still worthwhile and is better than giving up for the whole year. You still have 11 months to succeed. You can do it.
